フェイスパックの作り方

フェイスパック1回分を作る場合

・クレイ　（カオリンやモンモリオナイトなど）　大さじ1杯
・精製水　大さじ1/2杯　（適量）
・エッセンシャルオイル（精油）　1～2滴
・乳鉢　（または小皿）

※精製水の代わりにフローラルウォーター（芳香蒸留水）を使うのもおすすめです。
※精製水は薬局で購入できます。

１．　乳鉢（または小皿）にカオリンなどのクレイを入れます。
２．　精製水を少しずつ加え、ペースト状になるまで指やヘラで練ります。
３．　エッセンシャルオイルを加え、さらに混ぜます。

洗顔後、目や口のまわりを避けて顔全体にパックし、10分後に洗い流します。
カオリンは吸着性が高いので脂性肌に、モンモリオナイトは使用感がマイルドなので敏感肌や乾燥肌にいいですね。
キャリアオイルを少し加えると精油がお肌に浸透しやすくなりますが、水とオイルは混ざりにくいので、乳鉢などでよく練ってください。
パックがあまった場合は、冷暗所に保管して1週間をめどに使い切ってください
。
