Hipgnosis, a  British art design group  specialized in creating cover art for the albums.  they really changed the image of  the covers to the "art" which are not considered as  photos anymore.  strongly photography-oriented, and they pioneered the use of many innovative visual and packaging techniques.
there are so many changes in art, fashion, etc in 70s...

I got a chance to join the talk live by Yukiko Yuzawa,  a buyer from H.P.Paris.
a young sales lady at a department store ended up moving to France managing the directions for a line. going to collections every season, brings ideas to show to Japanese market.
She defiantly got a different attitude from others for sure. it was interesting to see how she picks up things and stuffs..
